But it takes time to create something I'm proud of, and I appreciate your patience. I'm not done with JS&B, I still have stories to tell. Adding new content, working on new stuff. It gives me fuel to keep working on the franchise. It's overwhelming, heartwarming, motivating. Countless of content that contribute to the JS&B universe. Sharing fan arts, birthday cake, cosplay, levels, stories. It's a lot to deal with for a simple dude and his team making games. "What if they don't like this new update!?!". The spotlight came with its load of excitement, pride and gratitude but also stress, fear and anxiety. I didn't expect this little shape story I had in my head would resonate with so many people, for so many years. Let me copy/paste the answer I gave :Īs for future update, the only thing we can say for now is what Lachhh wrote on Twitter a year ago ( sorry, I know, it was posted a year ago, it's long, but it's still accurate :D ) :Īnd is turning 4 today! Four years and you guys are still there. If you're still having issues updating the firmware for your Powerbeats Pro, we'd suggest reaching out to the Beats Support team directly.I've answered that question not a long ago. Your Powerbeats Pro should update automatically from there. Keeping that in mind, have you tried placing your Powerbeats Pro in their case and connecting to a power source while they're paired with your iPhone? Also, you'll want to be sure your iPhone is connected to a reliable Wi-Fi network with good signal strength and connected to power. This link provides details: About Beats Updater If you paired your Beats wireless headphones or earphones with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, your Beats will update automatically. To start, you're correct your Powerbeats Pro are automatically updated when they're paired with an iOS device running the latest software version, which is currently iOS 16.1. We're happy to help with making sure your Powerbeats Pro are updated to the latest firmware version. Any help anyone could provide directing me to a way to update the firmware on my Powerbeats Pros, would have my eternal gratitude. Causing me to question why I bother purchasing AppleCare for my products in the first place…. I am running a iPhone 13 Pro with iOS 16.1, so it should have already updated. Also from what I have read (and this is all coming from the and websites), the updated, firmware was released in iOS 15.5, so why my headphones have not updated, is simply beyond me. I have tried calling Apple as I have AppleCare on virtually every product I own, and I have been a loyal Apple customer since my very first computer was an Apple II E (when I was seven) and my second was an Apple Performa 466, and so on and so on. So, imagine my surprise when I called AppleCare and was told by two senior advisers that they could not help me as this is a product made by another company, not Apple, when I informed them that Apple purchased Beats back in 2014, that they sell these products on their website as their own (which they are), and that they offer AppleCare for the Beats products, they acted like they did not care at all, and did everything to avoid assisting with this issue. From everything, I’ve read, the firmware is supposed to automatically update as your iOS version is updated. I am having an extreme amount of difficulty with updating my Powerbeats Pro (Model Number A2048, Firmware Version 4A394) to the latest firmware (4E64).
